MealPlanFamily - Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

Well, despite it being 90 degrees this week, it is September! Time for soups, stews and slow cookers! We love Indian food in our house....and I'm always on the hunt to find the perfect at home recipe. This one just happens to be pretty healthy too...which is a definite plus. We figured out that if you served this over cauliflower rice it would even be Whole 30 friendly.

We will definitely make this recipe again. Easy, healthy, delicious and both kids devoured it.
I left the cayenne pepper out so the kids would eat it and put the cayenne pepper on the table for Rob and I to add to our own bowls. We served it over basmati rice with a sprinkle of cilantro. I subbed chicken thighs for breasts because they taste better and are cheaper...soooo...duh.
