We've had this recipe on the menu two weeks in a row which means you know it's a winner. Shawarma spiced grilled chicken that cooks up quick and easy on the grill with garlic yogurt sauce. I served it in pitas with sliced cucumbers.... absolutely delicious! The recipe says you can marinate the chicken from 1 hour to overnight....but do yourself a favor and do it overnight! This time around we doubled it so we would have extra for lunch....the chicken is great on a salad too!
