MealPlanFamily - Quiche

I am a firm believer that quiche is appropriate for every meal. As long as it has some good cheese and some half and half or is going to turn out delicious no matter what you put in it. I used this basic recipe and added some onions, fontina cheese and mushrooms (I sauteed the mushrooms and onions before adding them). This recipe made enough to fill two (kroger) store bought pie crusts...which worked out fine since they come in a two pack.

They also seemed really shallow to me so I started off baking them for 20 minutes, checking it and then adding an extra mine cooked for about 25 minutes total. Make sure you bake them on a baking sheet to making getting them out easier.
