One of the things I'm loving the most about trying all these new recipes is experimenting with flavors, oils, spices, etc that I don't usually use. I have discovered that I am quasi-obsessed with sesame oil recently... I'm not sure how "authentic" this recipe is, but it was fun and different to try something new. The Kroger online ordering didn't have the Gochujang sauce which is apparently a big part of this dish...so we added a little sriracha instead and it tasted great. Next time I will seek out the magical sauce though. Enjoy!
