No recipe to really post for this. I mix about half a pound ground beef with a can of black beans, letting the black beans "cook" in the fat from the meat and make my own taco seasoning (I'm not a big fan of some of the ingredients in the store bought ones) - the taco seasoning we are currently using can be found here (except I leave out the sugar). I make a big batch in a small glass jar to keep in my spice cabinet.
We top it with sour cream, tomatoes, avocado, red onions, hot sauce and sharp cheddar.
I prefer crunchy while everyone else in my house likes them soft. :)
