You go up to the counter and pick your wrapper (seaweed or soy), your fish (or chicken/steak), your veggies (as many as you want!) and your toppings. Then they wrap it up and put it in this contraction that squeezes it together and cuts it into pieces. I went with a seaweed wrapper filled with spicy salmon, cucumber, avocado, asparagus and green onion topped with a little spicy sauce and sesame seeds. The roll was very big and suprisingly tasty. Since I could put all the veggies I wanted in it, it had a nice crunch plus some good heat from the spicy salmon and spicy sauce. I was very pleasantly suprised with how good the roll was! This is not a nice sit down sushi place...it's definitely "fast food" sushi, but as far as fast food goes, I'll take sushi any day of the week!
The girl I was eating with got half spicy tuna and half steak (very cool that they let you get half and half)- and she wasnt a huge fan of the steak half...it looked more like shredded beef than steak. I didn't try it so I can't comment specifically on it, but I will probably stick with the fish going forward...

Nice Post
That is a great sushi restaurant. It lets customers create a sushi dish they want with a large selection of ingredients. I think it is a nice sushi place to eat on after all.

I agree to the fact that you can never get enough sushi. I just absolutely love those things!
