Back in the Kitchen

yaaaaay! My days on the torture sticks are finally coming to an end and I'm excited to take every opportunity possible to get back into the kitchen. Lucky for me, our CSA started right about the same time and I have weekly boxes of local, organic produce to experiment with..

To get back into things, I started easy and sauteed a small piece of chicken, some collard greens and some broccoli.....added a little soy sauce, and served it over a little brown rice for a quick and delicious little stir fry...
and to the top added these farm fresh onions that have been added to everything lately....so yummmmy...



sometimes the simplest things really can be the best....

So how was your first box from the farm? I totally want to buy into a CSA but I'm afraid it would be full of stuff I don't like to eat!
